Join us!Job Description:The Global Financial Crime ("GFC") Executive I contributes to the direction and drives the development of enterprise-wide money laundering, economic sanctions, and fraud compliance and operational risk practices consistent with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and regulatory guidance. The GFC Executive I serves as a trusted advisor to the Chief Compliance and Operational Risk ("C&OR") Officers of the Front Line Units ("FLU") and Control Functions ("CF") for the company and to the leaders of the FLUs and CFs directly.The Sanctions Program Manager is a new critical role in leading and managing the bank's global economic sanctions program execution and ensuring it aligns with both global regulations and internal policies. This person will have responsibility for target skills and training, as well as business controls and metrics, sanctions remediation work, and overseeing program execution as regulatory and geopolitical environments evolve.Managerial Responsibilities:This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates.       • 8+ years of executive level experience in AML/Sanctions compliance or equivalent
      • Experience with U.S., and ideally also with international, sanctions interpretation, due diligence, alert review, issue management, and regulatory engagement
      • Executive level and Board level communication experience
      • Experience interacting and problem solving effectively with business executives, counsel, and industry groups
